Built By Agents was founded by Winston Tu, CEO of Luxo Living. The approach comes from developing AI workflows inside an 8-figure Australian e-commerce business, then applying those operating lessons to the harder problems faced by enterprises and public-sector organisations.
Operating experience before consulting
Winston built Otto to support executive email, calls, competitor monitoring, daily reporting and repetitive operating work at Luxo Living. He reports saving more than 25 hours per week across the combined internal system. That first-party result is an operating example, not a guaranteed outcome for clients.
